What is Insomnia?

Eat at least 3 cups of curds daily.

What are Hiccups?
Hiccups are a reflex action, which means that we do not have any control over them. This snapping makes the sound of a hiccup. Hiccups will usually stop on their own. Studies show that the quality of carbohydrates, rather than the quantity, determines whether a person gains weight and becomes obese. Certain pentoses present in fiber bind with cholesterol, thus reducing its absorption from the intestine. Daily intake of 10-12 grams of fiber is recommended.
